Free transfer to the airport makes it easy for an early morning flight. The hotel is very equipped, restaurants convenient store, drug stores massage etc.. Spacious and clean rooms, highly recommended if you have an early flight and dont want to wake up at 5 am from tokyo

There was shuttle from airport to hotel and hotel to airport and the location was so close to the airport when you get out you can literally see the wall that leads to the airport. The amenities were amazing you could take as much as you need so it was also very nice of them. We requested some stuff and people came to the room to deliver it immediately. Everything was perfect to our need and there is a close 7-eleven location to the hotel

Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌
