Gorgeous hotel with great modern vibes! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, able to communicate in English with ease. Booked 2 twin rooms and requested one with a big bed (for 2 year old toddler, they are kids friendly!), while the other with 2 single beds. Rooms were quite spacious and clean, and the one with single beds even came with tub. Walking distance to various stations in Ueno (5/7/10min depending on which line) and there's a 7-11 just a two min walk away. Vending machines, gym, washer/dryer (need to pay) and free microwave available at level 2, with a lounge for you to chill at. Would definitely return for a stay if I'm around the area.

This is probably the best hotel we stayed in Japan. We got a free room upgrade, which was spacy with lots of amenities. Location is near to Ginza line and Asakusa line (to Haneda airport). 7-11 just around the corner. Lots of things to explore in the area.

Very cozy when we actually there! I stay in a four pax room, one queen two single bed. It’s located right under the Akihabara station, you can feel the train going through every time. The staff is super friendly, room service two times a week if not mistaken, but you can stick the magnet outside of the your door to change the towels and garbage bag every day.

Centrally located to the JR Akihabara station and to the Akihabara district. I received also a room on the 18th floor which is the top and the view is awesome from the room!

Location is fantastic. You can walk to Akihabara station in no time and have some other metro stations nearby. Akihabara station is Yamanote Line so you can reach anypoint of Tokyo smoothly. You have a lot of izakayas and all the "Konbinis" around the corner (7/11, Family Mart and Lawson). You also have Onsen in the hotel so makes it perfect to relax after walking 20.000 steps in the city or start the day fresh. Everything is super clean and the staff helped us a lot in anything we needed.

The location is amazing, a short walk to Akihabara station and the Asakusabashi station is right behind the hotel. The room is more spacious than expected and compared to other hotels in Japan is good value for money if you have big luggage.
