The room looks exactly as at the photos, perfectly clean. Cleaning may not be performed every day, but a change of towels and hygienic kit is provided daily. Good sound insulation, no noise from trains heard. Light and air conditioning are switched on/off from a control panel by the bed. A microwave, an ice maker and some vending machines are at the first floor. Groceries, eateries, bus stop and train/metro station are at a short walking distance. Convenient luggage storage system. The staff are example of Japanese professionalism and hospitality, had no problems with communicating in English with them.

Location : walk from MInami-Senju sta. around 10 mins, near station has family restaurant ( Denny ), Matsuya, Mcdonal Staff was very nice and helpful, ready to help. Room, shower room were clean.

Staff are nice. Location close to skytree. Nice view of sumida fireworks. The roofdeck (open only during thr fireworks). Kitchen and lounge are nice too. Very cheap too.
