Great Hotel. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room and have 4 single beds total, with ample space for our 4 big luggage and rook to spare. Pj provided, Room & bed & shower was very comfy. There is 2 in 1 washer / dryer in the hotel, with the status shown on the tv in your own room to see how long you have left, which is great. Opp the hotel there is also coin laundry shop, Toyota car rental, which is a huge convenience for us. Train station is nearby too. Great breakfast, and free drinks at night. Highly recommend.

Room was perfect for a family of 3. I liked the luxury aspect. Staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is at 5 min walk of the main station so very practical in terms of location and access to transport.

Location was just outside the Kyoto station, rooms were big with a well equipped kitchen . It was spotless and was a perfect place to come back to after long days out in Kyoto . The staff was very kind and friendly, and gave us some recommendations on places to visit and food to try .
