Hotel exceeded all expectations. The room, staff, service, onsen and fire place were lovely. The free drinks, snacks in the library was generous and it was a pleasure to sit there with the other hotel guests. Location was brilliant just a few minutes walk from the station.

The rooms, the bar, the onsen, the staff, everything just exceeded our expectations. We found a gem and we will never forget it. The staff was incredible and the attention to details was amazing. The barhotel concept is unique and their bar staff was just out of this world. Thank you again

It was too expensive for one night and there were 3 people in the room. The best thing would have been 2 rooms. But booking couldn't understand me the many times I tried to explain this to them before visiting the hotel. But I was unsuccessful.
