The room was quite spacious, and it had all the necessary equipment to make my stay more comfortable. The amenities were in very good quality. The room was very clean. The bed was warm and comfortable enough to enjoy the sleep. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. The view from the window was great as well. The hotel is connected to the Namba metro station, and about 3min walk from the Namba station from the airport. Lots of different convenient stores nearby.

This was my second time at 88 Shinsaibashi Hotel. I m sure I ll return as soon as possible. Room size: absolutely perfect, very big Privacy: 100% Services: Top (free soft drinks and coffee) Staff: Professionals and very kind (they speak english), helpful Position: 2 minutes walk from Namba station and Dotonbori A lot of restaurants and mini markets My favourite Hotel in Osaka! Excellent, spacious apartment at a good price. Perfect for an extended stay in Osaka. It's located in a quiet area, close to two subway stations. It's easily accessible from both the airport and the train station. Namba Station is just three subway stops away. The apartment is quite large and has almost everything you need. There are plenty of convenience stores and authentic restaurants nearby. It's a great location; next time I'm in Osaka, I'll definitely stay here.

I like about the location, just 5 mins walk from Nankai Namba station. If you are taking subway, stop at Namba station and exit through exit 31 or 32, the stay is just 2 mins walk. Nearby has an Udon shop that opens 24 hrs, supermarket also just few mins away which near to APA hotel.

Very responsible hotel staffs. Allow storage of luggages before the booking dates . The rooms are good. Loved the connecting room that is suitable for a family of 4. Value for money. The best is the location is just next to the Namba metro station. Easy to find if u take train from Kansai Airport. It is walking distance from the KansaiNamba station that is next to Takashimaya (Osaka) we will choose this hotel again if we come back to Osaka .

Useful residents lounge area with kitchen that would be good for eating at the hotel. Great English spoken by the front desk. Able to do luggage delivery (both to and from the hotel) which was sped up by the use of a QR code for the address details. Great location for visiting Koyasan as Namba station has a direct train.

Great that the hotel is so close to Namba station and Dotonbori! Made walking to central locations easy. The breakfast each morning was a good mixture of continental foods (pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurts) as well as traditional Japanese hot food. Rooms were well maintained daily and beds amazingly comfortable! Very quiet and clean throughout the hotel - a very comfortable stay. Wifi also worked great throughout the hotel.

Amazing Five Star hotel. Excellent staff, excellent location above Namba Station. Excellent options for food. Hotel breakfast is fabulous. Great western and Japanese options. We really need western foods and this hotel delivered! We loved it all! Amenities and toiletries are fabulous and high-end. Highly recommend staying here. Right on Dotombori with district views!

This is a modern hotel with a location just a few minutes walk from Namba station. We had a stylish room that was much larger than typical for Japan. The room features a bathroom with a shower only, sitting area with table and two chairs and space for luggage. Staff were scarce as much of the check-in /checkout is self serve. No room keys, just pass codes. Breakfast buffet was included but was in a nearby building about a block away (shared with another hotel). This place was great value for money.
