The room was quite spacious, and it had all the necessary equipment to make my stay more comfortable. The amenities were in very good quality. The room was very clean. The bed was warm and comfortable enough to enjoy the sleep. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. The view from the window was great as well. The hotel is connected to the Namba metro station, and about 3min walk from the Namba station from the airport. Lots of different convenient stores nearby.

This hotel deserves 10 stars! The hotel staff is exceptional - I got on a cab at the hotel lobby & put my suitcase in the taxi trunk. When I got off the car, I realised that I didn’t retrieve my luggage. It was a nightmare. THANK GOD I called Centara to inform them about this situation & they were SO helpful. While I was at the police station filing a missing item report, Centara called me several times to tell me they’ll check the CCTV & get info on the taxi plate # etc. In the end, they got the taxi driver to return my suitcase back to the hotel on the same day. Thanks to the hotel staff I didn’t lose my important & valuable belongings! Their approach to the situation was efficient & even better than the Japanese cops! They are extremely personal towards their clients & I extended my stay for another few nights, because of this ordeal. I really owe them one!

Very nice quiet street right next to busy Shinjuku. Easy to find, subway line right around corner. Very narrow as it is in Tokyo and you have to be ready to sleeping on second floor loft, not for everyone. Felt like in true urban Japan because of atmosphere, the neighborhood

Location was ideal, close to Namba station. Breakfast selection although not a huge amount, was varied and the quality and staff service was excellent. Our room was very small but extremely comfortable, quiet and cosy. I am a light sleeper but I slept very well every night due to the quiet location and soundproofing. I would recommend this hotel and we would happily stay again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 5. It was a 10 minute walk to the Namba station in a quiet street. It was fully equipped with everything we needed like a washing machine, dryer, kitchen and all other amenities. The staff also supplied us with washing liquids, toothbrushes, hairbrush etc. I had to change my check in time due to long queues at the airport and they quickly responded to me and made the changes straight away.

Everything. Short walking distance from Namba station. This apartment has 3 storeys apartment. First floor apartment has 1 double bed, bathroom, toilet and small kitchen and washing machine. Second floor apartment has 2 queen beds, bathroom, toilet and small kitchen. Third floor has one double bed, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. 5 of us stay here. Spacious. We love it. Will book again when we come to Osaka again.

This hotel is so close to the culinary delights and neon lights of Dotonbori. Well positioned and within easy walking distance to Namba station. Clean, tidy and loved the little extras the hotel offered. The massage chairs made the long days walking much easier and staff all so attentive. Breakfast offerings were plenty with so much variety. We would stay here again!

It was well located close to Namba station which is a good base in central Osaka. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and well run. The room was a good size. The washing machines and dryer were a real bonus.

An 11min walk from Namba station, which is one train from Kansai airport to Namba (no changes required), this inn was the perfect hotel for me to relax after long days walking 20K steps. The room was larger than other rooms I've stayed in across Japan, because it included a small kitchenette. Facilities include daily cleaning, complimentary breakfast (simple packaged breads, coffee and orange juice). Very clean, would definitely stay again.

The hostel is located centrally in the Namba region and next to the Dotonbori area. Namba station has a direct train to Nara city. The hostel is pretty large with 6 floors and well organized. It's more of a capsule hotel. Capsules have a futon bed and are equipped with a TV. Guests are given Pajamas. There is a sauna which operates between 4 and 12 pm.
