Staff were amazing. We could leave our luggage before check in and after check out. It was raining heavily but the entrance was about 30m from the West exit. Super easy to stay.

Location was great and very accessible. The room is not too big but comfortable for 2-3 luggage bags, depending on the size. Bathroom was spacious and the shampoo was very nice.

I was attending a concert at the Super Arena and the location was perfect. The room was so modern and clean, and the staff were very friendly. There is also a Lawson convenience store on the second floor which is well stocked

Easy walk from the train station, but still far enough away to escape the crowds. Very quiet, felt safe, bed extremely comfy. Our end room had a great view with a full curved window which was quirky and a bit more spacious.

An almost brand new hotel with a glamorous Gatsby feel to it. It’s sort of part of the train station and Saitama super arena and there’s a great shopping mall close by too. Clean and very comfortable beds and room. If you book well in advance you can secure it very cheaply

Amazing hotel! Very comfortable, good-sized rooms. The staff was very helpful. I loved the buffet breakfast! The location is perfect, right next to both the station and the Saitama Super Arena.

Location is awesome as it is just minutes from the Saitama Super Arena, and it is surrounded by a few huge malls nearby and plenty of food options. The room itself was really comfortable equipped with a long table and chair next to the window, comfy big bed and has sufficient space for myself and my medium luggage + lots of shopping stuff. The TV is a smart TV and the screen is huge as well. Service staff are very courteous and helpful and their breakfast was good! Thank you! 😊

For the price of the stay, Toyoko Inn was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was pretty good too, a station or approx 15 mins walk from the main Omiya station, and just right beside the Saitama station that will bring you back to Tokyo. Came for a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and the hotel is right in front of the arena. Breakfast service was not a wide spread, but was delicious with good variety daily. Will definitely look for Toyoko Inn again next time I’m back in Japan.
