We were traveling with a 4-month-old baby, and the hotel upgraded us to a fantastic room with a garden and skyline views of Tokyo. The room was spacious, with a great bathtub and shower area, super comfortable beds, and an impeccable cleaning service. Additionally, the hotel onsen has not only a warm water pool but also a cool one and a jacuzzi pool with extended timetables. The area is quiet, surrounded by parks, nice restaurants, and cafes, and it is very well-connected to the city's most touristy areas. Bonus: it has a Family Mart in the same building and six washing machines. We’ll repeat for sure.

I would like to thank once again all the staff at Keio Plaza Hotel - Grand Premier. I believe every hotel experience begins and ends with the staff. Every single employee at Keio Plaza Hotel was impeccable, from the bell boys to the receptionists in the lobby, to the staff members in the Grand Premier at Floor 45 and even the Chef at breakfast. Everybody welcomened us openly, always smiling at us and everybody spoke English quite well. I even tried my limited Japanese with them and they really appreciated my attempt. The breakfast - was exquisite with a variety of western and Japanese options. The coffee options are sufficient and tasty (Espresso, Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino) and the view is to die for (on floor 45th - having direct view to the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building). The music played in the background is classical and suits the atmosphere just fine. One thing worth mentioning is that they have time slots for breakfast which you have to book a day in advance but that is perfect because it was never crowded, and you could always find a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. Tea-Time + Happy Hour - In our Premier Grand room, we had included tea-time and happy hours- which basically meant we could come up to the 45th floor either between 14.30 and 16.30 or between 17.30 and 19.30 for drinks and snacks and great jazz music + let's not forget the view. It is a perfect treat! The room - we had a room on the 37th floor, facing the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building. The view wa to die for! The room itself was extremely spacious and cosy and you had everything you might need in the room, from complimentary water, to Nespresso coffee, bathromes, PJs, Yukatas, bathroom amnesties such as toothbrush, hair brush, comb, razors and shaving cream, make-up removal wipes + L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel etc. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub (quite common in Japan) + the classic Japanese smart toilet. Perfect Tokyo honeymoon gateway!

Fabulous hotel!! We stayed in the Prestige King Room and the views were just phenomenal!!! We loved the bath and shower and the staff were just so nice, they couldn't do enough for us. A great first stay for our honeymoon in Japan!

The location of this hotel is amazing, located right near Shibuya station (in Mark City shopping complex) you are in the heart of everything. The size of the room is generous by Tokyo standards, and was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed. The airport shuttle located right outside was so useful and easy as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great food and amenities, lovely staff so helpful and friendly. It’s very conveniently located right at Shibuya station right off Narita Express so straight from airport to hotel! I love that each level had a different decor and theme with special amenities and fun activities on each level!!

Good location in a quieter part of Shibuya. Note to travellers coming from Shibuya Station with heavy luggage - the roads leading to the hotel are often uphill so you might want to grab a taxi especially if it's raining! Room was comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need for a longer stay. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful - they helped us figure out how to send our luggage over to our next hotel safely and with minimal worry.

The hostel staff were bubbly and there was a really fun social vibe, making it easy to meet other people (however this was only on certain nights, other nights people were more quiet and kept to themselves). Was great having the bar/cafe area to hang out in. While it is about a 20 minute walk to Shibuya station, you could easily catch a short bus ride there, or walk about 10 minutes to another local subway station. There are also bars and nightclubs within walking distance, as well as the Kombinis. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean.
