The location is good, just few minutes walk from the station, and there are many restaurants and shop near the hotel. We are lucky to assigned a room with a nice view of Skytree. And the breakfast at the hotel is nice too, everyday provide different kind of hot dish.

It is very clean and very well maintained, great for a group of 4-5 people, although may feel small for some people. There is a laundromat to dry your clothes within 3 minutes and a konbini (7-11) 3 minutes away. There are also multiple konbinis to and from the hotel like Lawson,7-11 and FamilyMart as well as restaurants and a shopping district if you take the South Exit from Shin-Koiwa station. The staff are also easy to communicate
