Everything it was stunning . And when our air conditioning broke we was upgraded to a bigger room a suite and it made our 3 night stay magical . My daughter loved it , also the products . Bedding etc was really good quality

Good service, they offer free lounge with snacks and things, it’s a nice lounge to chill with good view. Room was clean and spacious with very good amenities

This is, for sure, the best hotel that my husband and I have been in. The room was super big, cozy and clean, there were free amenities for costumers, it was super close to the subway station and the staff speaks English very well. There are so many cool things inside the hotel that there was a day that we decided just to chill there. The price is also excellent!

Hotel Okura's elegant rooms boast spectacular views of Kyoto against the backdrop of the Higashiyama Mountains.
