Great location to Ueno station, 10 minute walk. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Easy Uber eats delivery. Staff were wonderful caring and understanding when we had flight issues. Organised bag transfers for us. Rooms were comfy for family of 4, beds comfy. Bunks for kids and a good seating area. Large size fridge and decent kitchenette.

The hotel facilities are new, and breakfast was delicious! Hotel is also located right next to various eateries, and in the heart of Asakusa area. Highly recommended!

You have all the necessities for your stay. What I loved the most is that they offer 2 sets of pillows: firm and soft so you can use the ones that are better for you. The noise isolation was great. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and also not that far from the subway station.
