Kyoto terminal is very close, about 150m. It is very easy to reach anywhere and also shinkansen trains. Breakfast was exceptional at japanese style. Hotel was newly decorated and well designed.

The location is just a few steps from the airport limousine bus station and Kyoto Station/JR Rail entrance. There are plenty of restaurants around. The room is spacious for 5 pax and has a connecting door to another apartment which we also rented as were a group of 10. This allowed us to be together and yet have privacy. The staff are very friendly. The hotel also offers a luggage forwarding service which was very convenient.

Every floor has an ice dispenser, iron and iron table which we found very useful. Room was comfortable and there more than enough space. Public bath was comfortable and relaxing after walking around Kyoto.

The location is right next to Kyoto Station making it perfect to getting anywhere in the city and transport to other cities like Osaka, Nara Himeji and Tokyo. So many restaurant options nearby as well. The hotel staff was nice and very professional.

Almost everything! The location is super close to Shichijo station （七条駅）and 10 mins away from Kyoto main station. There’s a few restaurants/ bars around the area (definitely recommend the wagyu BBQ Yamadaruma just next to it). All the staffs speak good English and were SUPER helpful! The room we had was fairly BIG, we had two 29’ suitcases that can be fully opened without getting in our ways. The soundproofing was good, and the BED was amazing as well so we love it! I will definitely come back to stay here!
