I booked this hotel to have a regular-western hotel experience and it did not disappoint. the personnel speaks perfect English, so communication was not an issue. The room was comfortable, has a great view as all rooms are above the 7th floor, the lighting and bed were great and the BATHROOM was so spacious (which is rare). The surrounding area is modern but not crowded, so great for a night walk or going to grab a coffee at a nearby plaza.

We stayed at The Blossom Hotel Hibiya twice, once at the beginning of our journey and then during the last two days of our journey, and we couldn't be happier for our selection. The Blossom Hotel feels like a luxury accommodation without the exorbitant costs usually related to such hotels. The fact that all rooms are located from the 20th floor and up guarantees great views. The view from the lobby is exceptional and so was the view from our room towards Hibiya park and the imperial park. We also loved the breakfast, since there were plenty of options. Overall, a remarkable experience that we will cherish for long. Last but not least, I absolutely loved the vetiver air and clothes freshener.

We've stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel several times and love it. It's such a luxurious place in a traditional way....a beautiful room with high ceilings and a great view, and the most wonderful breakfasts! Most Tokyo 4/5 star hotels are too large and impersonal for me, generally high rises, but Tokyo Station is old fashioned and comforting and I like the smaller scale. Not to mention the central location...so easy to get to any part of Tokyo from there with direct access to the JR Yamanote line. The open space of the huge plaza in front is lovely, giving open and distant views. Despite the nearby trains and the people gathering for photos in the plaza, the rooms are silent inside with the double glazed windows.
