Location, bordering the Masai Mara NP. Being outside actually provides more flexibility. We arrived in the late afternoon, if we had chosen accommodation inside the National Park we would have paid US$200/pp (US$50/child under 18yo) simply to access our accommodation. Regardless of staying inside or outside the park - visitors pay park fees on a daily basis. We were very fortunate and grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade to a glass cabin room. Stepping inside, the room was comparable to a 4.5 star hotel room in the west. The bed and the bedding was super comfortable; bathroom was faultless

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The evening performance of dancing was so special. Food was delicious. Rooms were great- very comfortable and the best sleep I’ve had in years.

Staff friendliness, cleanliness, food, food, food!!! The animals come onto the property so you have a small safari without even leaving the property. The staff is unbelievable - the African hospitality is unbelievable and unforgettable. It shows every step of the way. You feel welcome and the staff is happy to be there for you.
