Everything about the hotel was great. Best service, fantastic location and elegance.

This was probably my favourite hotel during our three weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam. I loved everything about it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our 16yr old is 6ft2inches and hit his head on the hotel sign on the street. The next day, they invited him to stand under the sign….they had moved the sign higher!! Exceptional service!! Our rooms were spacious and immaculate and the pool was a quiet oasis under the lush canopy. Would definitely stay here again.

The food was delicious, and my wife especially appreciated the wide range of authentic Khmer dishes on the menu — it made her feel truly welcomed and at home. The property is fresh, modern, and stylishly designed, combining comfort with natural beauty. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay — from the kind, courteous service and comfortable room to the gorgeous pool and satisfying breakfast. The staff were some of the most friendly and service-minded I have encountered in Southeast Asia. Their hospitality was exemplary and a real testament to the high standards of this upscale establishment. The pool area is spotless and beautifully integrated into a jungle-style lounge, making it a perfect retreat. If you’re seeking a quiet, comfortable, and luxurious stay, you’ve found the right place. This truly feels like a 5-star hotel experience, with clean rooms, delicious Asian and Western breakfast options, and genuinely warm staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Plantation Urban Resort & Spa!
