It’s a lovely family run hotel. The room was not fancy but it was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Everyone is friendly. There’s lots of loungers on the beach. The beach directly in front is too rough for swimming or snorkelling. It’d be perfect if you’re a surfer- but if you want to swim it’s a little bit of a walk past turtle beach to the swimming area. And then if you walk a bit further, there’s a beautiful reef to snorkel at. I think this was my favourite out of all the hotels that I stayed at in Sri Lanka.

The service was top-notch, everyone is working hard. The house manager/ owner is always at the desk and ready to help. Location is not even a minute walk to the beach where the main surfing is. Road and beach side are both surrounded by shops and restaurants. We both enjoyed our stay!!

Next to the beach in Hikkaduwa. Small, boutique hotel, just 9 rooms. Very attentive staff. Great place for leisure few days in Hikkaduwa. We were there for the last 3 nights of our family trip to Sri Lanka. And BK Beach was just what we needed. Close to some nice places to eat. Free tuktuk ride up to 5km means easy access to turtle beach, Hikkaduwa coral reef, surfing spots.
