The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will answer all your questions and make all your wishes come true - want to arrange a private tour? They will organize it! Want a transfer to the airport, but the check-out time for the room is later than your transfer? No problem, they will look after your things and you have the opportunity to stay on the hotel grounds until departure. In Montenegro, cash is preferred (almost everywhere "cash only"), but in the hotel you can pay by card. The pool creates the illusion that you are swimming in the sea, which is very convenient when the beach is crowded or you want to swim a little in the evening, without worrying about the pebbles on the beach. I highly recommend massages! The price and quality of the massage are definitely worth it, in two sessions the masseuse completely relaxed and straightened my problematic back, for which I am immensely grateful to her. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to experience the best holiday by the sea with a share of relaxation and the feeling of luxury. Holidays in Ponta Plaza were truly a holiday, I did not have to worry about anything. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

You have to pay a "tax" to leave from the bus station.

You have to pay a "tax" to leave from the bus station. Also the person at the counter was so unhelpful!! They imply you have to have your ticket printed even though you have an electronic ticket, and they will do this for the small amount of 1Euro per page printed! Beware!

Ya gotta use the bus for several things.

Ya gotta use the bus for several things. We took it to Kotor for the day. The traffic is bad at 10:30 am. and lots of road construction, so the regularly 45 minute ride turned into 90 minutes. Coming back at 19:00 was direct, 45 minute ride. It is a bit messy, full of tourists trying to find the right bus, confusing and a great "local" experience. The bus itself was comfy.

Too many extra fees.

Too many extra fees. We bought tickets in the ticket machine in another Montenegro city, the tickets were printed as they were from ticket machine. But on this bus station staff requested us to pay 4 EUR to 2 tickets for bus station services, but excuse me, what exactly services? WC is for extra fee, bus are not coming in time, you should wait for 30-40 minutes, 1 hour and furthermore, you should ask every arriving bus if it yours or not. Completely mess! However, for ones who don't have car, you can use buses, they are reliable in their existence, the problem is only with time.

It you book online even with a printed copy in hand you have...

It you book online even with a printed copy in hand you have to pay an additional 2euros at the ticket office to print another ticket. When loading your luggage it is up to the mood of the grumpy bus driver how much cash euro you will pay. So add at least 4euro to your ticket. Good luck
