Booked a deluxe triple room with air conditioned based on previous excellent reviews. It was excellent, just like all other reviews are saying: super friendly staff, very clean, good WIFI, very good air conditioned. From this hotel, all of your requests can be answered (safari booking, bus booking, laundry, etc.) at very competitive prices. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by rice fields and a 15 min. walk from the ''main street''. Suraj was very helpful and they have a pick-up truck to drive you to and from different places in Sauraha. Overall, we enjoyed 100% of our stay and definitely recommend this place.

He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations.
