I love the 2 bedrooms apartment. It is very spacious and love the kitchen, laundry machine. Location is super good at the centre of the shopping area. Lots of shops and food around. The gym is nice and enough.

We had a fabulous experience at voco Auckland! The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay extra special as it was my birthday celebration. On our two separate stays, we were given beautiful rooms—one overlooking the harbour and another with a stunning bay view of the Sky Tower. Both rooms were modern, spotless, and perfectly sized for a couple. A thoughtful gesture was the sweet treats sent up for my birthday, which truly made me feel celebrated. The restaurant, Mozzarella & Co., offered delicious food, and the servers were attentive and warm throughout. Every day of our stay was enjoyable, and the location of the hotel is just perfect—right in a prime spot and very well maintained. Despite our early morning arrival, we were kindly allowed to check in before the standard time, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality. We loved every moment and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Auckland!

The location is very central. You can walk to attractions in the city within 30 minutes from it. The Skytower is only a 6-minute walk away. We strolled back to the hotel after dinner at the Princess Wharf and it was very cozy. The breakfast was also very nice and we enjoyed it a very comfortable setting with view of the street and Skytower.

    The room was big enough and central for what we needed to do...

    The room was big enough and central for what we needed to do for our fleeting overnight trip to Auckland. However parking to check in was confusing and the lady at the desk was very confusing in her instructions on where the included parking was for the room - we had to then check with another person after we checked in who was very helpful.

    The view was wonderful.

    The view was wonderful. However the third party online seller -Trip advisor didn’t send the ticket as soon as we completed the payment. It took hours and an email before they sent it so we had to purchase them on the site. Don’t use the online seller as they don’t refund the money you paid even if it was their inefficiency that was the issue! Can’t believe they don’t refund when ticket wasn’t used! Leaves a bad taste to the tourists!!!

    I've been past there many times, but never went up to the observation decks until I was in NZ with a friend from overseas. The views are really great, and it is the best place by far to get your bearings in sprawling Auckland (which, by land area at least, is one of the largest in the world). You can also do a bungee jump from the exterior walkway, which is quite exciting simply to watch.

    Gorgeous view, check the weather during booking times and go before, during and after sunset if you can to maximise the experience. If dining up in Sky Tower, book about half an hour before sunset, enjoy the viewing platform for up to 45 mins before your booking (we only needed 20 to be satisfied) for free and then finish of with a meal during the sunset. In the lift, look down and watch the weight in the pulley system move away from you whilst ascending. Clear your nasal passages and look in to jaw movement (chewing gum for most) to release pressure with difference in metres above sea level and how that affects the sinuses.

    Loved this boutique hotel - decor, location, facilities. Rooms were large and very well appointed. We had a car which we parked in the convenient hotel property parking which was worth the few extra dollars with great convenience. Location can't be beat. Close to everything: viaduct, shopping on Customs/Queens malls, Sky Tower. Their staff answered many questions over email very quickly.

    We love our room. They upgraded our room to bigger one. They have everything. The washing maching is a plus point. Walkable to the city centre. If you arrive from the airport and using public transport (bus), some bus will stop near the sky tower and to walk to the hotel with luggage is just prepare for the up and down the street 😄 and it need around 15-20 mins to reach hotel.

    Graeme was excellent and the apartment was kept clean and tidy for us. The location was perfect in the heart of the CBD. We had dinner across the road at the Sky Tower. On another night we went to the Casino about 50 metres away. And the parking next door was very easy.

    The hostel is located in the very city center, very close to the Sky Tower, and very convenient to go anywhere around. The hotel is clean and tidy inside, and the guests staying in the hotel are very polite. Everyone seems to be a big family and very happy. It left me with good memories.     Great location. Rooms are a decent size for the inner city. Bathrooms a little dated. Swipe card system was unable to code swipe cards at check in which was a little odd. Concierge escorted us to the room. Breakfast was OK but nothing outside the norm. A nice surprise was that our room could see the Sky Tower. As it was New Year’s Eve our children were able to watch the fireworks from the hotel room.
