In a last-minute bid to impart a surprise embellishment to our room, I encountered an unforeseen challenge due to early closures. To my sheer delight, the staff ingeniously orchestrated a delightful ensemble featuring a small cake and a bottle, graciously provided without charge. This gesture epitomizes the epitome of true luxury—a harmonious blend of opulence and a profound human touch. Having previously worked within the realm of luxury, my discerning eye for customer satisfaction found commendable resonance in their meticulous service.

We love a very convenient location, wonderful Holiday Inn team, beautiful design and comfortable room. It seems we've never slept so much and well before. And what an amazing view from the windows. Another big plus we could leave luggage after departure and picked it up only late in the evening (thanks a million for this service, it was a great help and releaf).

Perfect for its price and the value everything is top just the second day breakfast the eggs wasn’t as the first day there is absolutely no single salt on it and I didn’t like it that’s all apart from that everything else is amazing the hotel workers and front desk workers are absolutely 👍 amazing people
