One of the most impressive hotel we have stayed in. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. It was a special occasion and in the room they surprised us with a cake and bottle of wine.

Our stay was a little crazy idea on spending New Year's Eve (not participating in the ball organized by the hotel), and it turned out to be the perfect idea. Everything was great - the staff were so nice and so helpful (without being overbearing), the SPA was amazing, the food and drinks beyond this world and the room super comfortable

Very long walk, down a very steep hill to get there.

Very long walk, down a very steep hill to get there. At 1:30 pm tickets were already sold out for the day. It was filled with lots of unmasked children from what we could see. There was no way to return to town without a taxis application. No buses or trams. Waste of time.
