This hotel is situated in the heart of Zakopane, surrounded by an amazing view of the mountains, trees and wooden houses. One feels the Christmas spirit if visited during December. The staff of the hotel make you feel so welcome and are very helpful in all ways. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities and with an exceptional view. The breakfast is abundant and has a variety of everything. I highly recommend this hotel especially for those going with families.

We have used this hotel wit my family already couple of time and never disappointed. My son likes the water park which is just next door and you walk there from your room in bathrobe. the city centre is near by and the restaurant in the hotel is also excellent. Sure we will be back!
