Great location next to the central train station (very safe area) and the old town (bars, restaurants etc). The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely suggest it and return when back in Krakow. Bonus there is a very nice quiet cafe right next to the hotel with good coffee and snacks. Value for money.

I love and adore everything about this place. Location right next to the main train station. Comfortable, soundproof rooms. Nice breakfast choice with buffet and a’la carte menu. Possibility to leave luggage for free is great.

Wonderful atmosphere in the room that are beautiful

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 300 metres away from the hotel.
