This is definitely one of the best hotel I have ever tried! The staying was simple amazing, starting from the services provided until the high quality of the staff. Speaking about the room, the acoustic isolation it's the biggest plus, it's impossible to hear any noises taking into account that I'm a light sleeper, for the technology amenities there's a tablet provided in the rooms that will allow you to do everything, from switching on/off the light, controlling clima until changing channels on TV. I'll definitely rebook this Hotel in the future and for sure I won't forget to give a special thanks to the entire staff!

The location was unbeatable! Coming from the train station, we were delighted to find the hotel as we walked through the gates of the old town, without even having to use a navigator. The staff greeted us warmly and checked us in quickly. The breakfast was varied each day and had a variety of cold and hot choices. The bed was so comfortable!

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 300 metres away from the hotel.

Gorgeous old hotel in a perfect central part of krakow old town. The furniture give this very antique vibe while being comfy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Worth to return.
