Beautiful place in stunning location. The views of the sea and the cliffs are spectacular. All the facilities are beautifully maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the villas which are comfortable and spacious, especially if you travel with kids. The on-site restaurant is also very good. Overall a perfect stay.

Everything! In our 5-night stay, we rate this one as number 1, without contest! The view is exceptional. We did have an upgrade to an apartment which included a double plus a two-single room, opening on to a balcony with a stunning view. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Lots of space. Stunning walk to the near-by point-of-view. We did not try the pool, but just the jacuzzi, with no one around, it was perfect. We had dinner at the restaurant and were very happy with our shared steak, big hunk of very tender meat which we shared. Pleasant staff and service. For around 55€ for two, we thought it was good value and a pleasant experience. Good buffet breakfast before we left. We loved it!

The hotel is really very beautiful. the staff is nice and helpful and smiling. The breakfast was varied and a large selection. I had dinner in the restaurant and the local fish and mussels, including Madeiran wine, were delicious. The room was luxurious with a balcony and a view of the garden and the ocean in the distance. In addition, they also have parakeets and a great talking parrot in a cage near the hotel. He was absolutely charming and not only talked but had a great laugh.
