All the hotel staff were extremely efficient and friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. It was near a Metro station with easy access to the city.

The hotel was well looked after, clean and modern. Our room / studio apartment was nice and spacious, included a little kitchenette where we could cook etc. The staff members we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and understanding - everything you need when traveling with a toddler. Thank you!

I could right a novelle of this place, but I´ll try to be short: It is the very best hotel I´ve stayed in in whole my life, 98 countries visited. Of course it´s subjective, and you can find a lot of hard-luxury ones, but if: You are not into big resorts You are not into too (I mean WAY TOO) fancy and luxurious places If you ARE into relaxing, calm, discreet, stylish, neatly designed small boutique hotels with a GREAT restaurants for the dinner and the best breakfasts you can imagine; If you are into the places where you feel the staff to be your friends, not servants; If the view from your room´s window is importnat for you; If you like little (or not so little) surprises :) Then this is the place I can recommend the most. I´ve been to hundreds different hotels, but this is the palce we will be dreaming of. Go and get this experience yourself.

The staff and the hotel was amazing! I arrived earlier then I expected and my room was already waiting for me. I got a welcome port wine, lovely! The breakfast was amazing, everyone can find something which suits them or their diet. Free bottled water was offered continuously in my room. The hotel was in the perfect place in Porto, everything was in a walking distance, restaurants, bars. Despite of travelling alone, I never felt it strange when I was having my breakfast. The bed and the pillows were just perfect and I could enjoy long sleep without interruption - I have joint and neck pain, so for me these are crucial details in a hotel.
