Every thing was perfect we found one of the best staff , we want to say thank you again for all of them ,they were very kind, helpful from the moment we arrived until the last day always asking if everything is ok during our travel and we stayed in very very comfortable clean and nice rooms with our children , we will come back to this hotel every time we will go to Doha

A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, excellent service, and an outstanding breakfast buffet. The entire team — from reception and concierge service to housekeeping and the waitstaff— was excellent. Everyone was kind and welcoming. We have just gotten married, and we were welcomed with a lovely surprise in our room. Thank you so much for this thoughtful gesture! The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service team was so friendly. We would especially like to mention Salvador, who was assigned to us. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and unbelievably friendly. You can truly feel that he has his heart in the right place and that taking care of guests genuinely means a lot to him. Thank you to the entire team — everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The pool on the terrace is beautiful, and the excursion offered by the hotel (the desert trip) was amazing and very well organized. The trip was carried out by Q-Explorer and our guide was Hazem - thank you for making this experience unforgettable!

The staff at the pool were amazing in particular Ailyn was lovely and ensured we were looked after. Some days we even just stayed by the pool for hours as it was so perfect there. The lobby staff were also very accommodating and always offered help and a smile. Arsalan at the front of the hotel greeted us every day and helped up so much. The rooms were spacious and the spa area was amazing. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

The hotel was well located for the budget being closer to the airport (early flight!) yet only a short walk to reach the National Museum, the Corniche, MIA and Souq Waqif. It was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Airport shuttle bus was great though on a set schedule.

The view was astonishing. The room was behond imagination big clean providing all the comforts. Near to the west bay Qatar energy metro station and to the corniche. The staff was very kind and helpful.Even at night was one of the most beautiful lighten skyscraper of the area. We strongly recommend this hotel for your stay at the beautiful city of Doha!

Really great hotel, very clean and staff were very attentive. Asanki who checked us in and out was amazing, very kind and very helpful. The room was immaculate and the beds were comfy, shower pressure was good and lots of TV channels. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, lots of choice between hot and cold, the staff were very nice and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was within walking distance (10 minutes) to the metro and the Souq Waqif, along with the corniche and the Museum of Qatar being near by as well.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 100m by foot to the Souk Waqif, about 1km to the Corniche, about 1.5 km to the Museum of Islamic Art, and 15 min by Taxi to the airport. All of the personnel is very polite and helpful, namely Massoud, who organized our trips across Qatar.

Great location next to Souq Watif, and if not too hot, walking distance to Museum of Islam Art, the Corniche and Dhow Harbour. Staff were great and pool was lovely. We were allowed a late checkout of 2pm given our flight wasn't until 8pm. The general areas of the hotel were nice and had Arabic decor which we preferred to an impersonal international hotel. With a supply of 98+ 5 star hotels in Doha, it was reasonably priced.

We were upgraded to the suite and it was huge. The location is brilliant. You can walk to the National Museum of Doha, the Islamic Museum of Arts, the Corniche and Souq Waqif. The breakfast was okay. Not too much variety for a 5 star hotel but ok.
