Extremely nice room-service and reception staff. We arrived after 22:00 when the restaurant closes and they were kind enough to send food to our room beforehand. Also, the room is great, wonderful bedsheets and amazing bathroom. Sparkling clean. Nice views of the dense forest and the mountains.

I just had the most amazing stay at the Valedor Hotel Boutique and Spa in Busteni! This place is absolute perfection! The rooms are super comfy, the spa is heavenly, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The views are stunning, and the location is perfect for exploring the mountains. A gem in a not-so-crowded mountain resort. Everything is as you would expect from a 4 star hotel, the size of the rooms, the comfort, the cleanliness, the staff. It's very child friendly, 4 play areas, both shallow and deep pools, large jacuzzi, that will keep them entertained. We found no need to go anywhere else for meals, the food at the restaurant is excellent and the prices are on par with the quality. The breakfast is quite varied and everything is fresh. The coffee was one of the better I've had at hotel breakfasts. Overall it's 10/10 and I would recommend it to anyone.
