Straight A for this hotel!! Perfectly located in the pedestrian area of Belgrade, you can easily explore the city. Kudos to all the staff as they were all exceptional, very friendly, especially Senka, Anica, Nicola. Staff at the breakfast also very helpful. As for the cleanliness,, immaculate. We will definitely visit Belgrade again and stay at Envoy!

It was a great experience! The staff was very friendly and polite and always offered to help us with any issues we had. The rooms were very clean and nice, and housekeepers did a good job. The breakfast was delicious and had variety, I enjoyed it! In the room, we also found coffee capsules, tea, and a kettle (didn't use them because we aren't coffee or tea drinkers). The location is awesome since we were close enough to many tourist attractions, like Kamelegdan Fortress, Republic Square (is located right next to the hotel), Chocolate Museum, or Knez Mihailova Street. Even though there were many restaurants nearby and a lot of people, we never had issues with noise. I must mention another thing, the fact that the staff from reception helped us with calling a taxi when we checked out and left to the airport, taxi which arrived in 3-4 minutes, from a taxi company which is safe and the driver was also nice. All in all, they definitely deserve 10 out of 10! Thank you, Hotel Museum! If I ever come back to Belgrade, I will choose you again!

Brand new hotel with a modern design and the latest technology in the hospitality industry. Sparkling clean in a quiet neighbourhood by the river and not too far from the centre of Beograd. The hotel staff are very accommodating and polite, speaking perfect English. Breakfast is excellent and with large selection of everything one desires. Highly recommended!

The hotel location was great. It is located at the beginning of the most famous street. The staff was very kind. The hotel is a new hotel, the furniture was new. It was cleaned every day. The staff was very kind. I definitely recommend it.

Everything about this hotel is flawless and would recommend to anyone. Cleanliness is outstanding. The hotel is not that far from the airport bus (depending on which bus you take 15 mins walk from the last bus stop of A1 shuttle bus.) Sauna was a plus as well as having a small gym.

Super clean, cozy and modern rooms with all the utilities you need for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptional! Highly recommended.
