The staff were exceptional. Always friendly, helping with any requests we had. The location was excellent, within walking distance to most attractions or 1 stop on the MRT. The room was spacious and very clean with everything we needed. The rooftop pool was beautiful and provided much needed relief after a day of sightseeing. We also had a beautiful cake sent to our room to acknowledge our Honeymoon.

A good place to visit during the day but even better at night after dark. All these Supertrees are illuminated with amazing dancing lights. The show lasts about half an hour and is repeated after an hour or so. Just jump on the MRT and head to the Gardens by the Bay station and its only a five minute walk. Free to enter so don't miss it!

Best time to go in the evening after 6:00PM and book online. Do not miss the light show at 7:45PM and 8:45PM and the northern lights show using laser. Do not forget to take some flash enabled cameras as Marina bay sands will be litup in the night when up in the observatory deck.

Fantastic way to spend the day.

Fantastic way to spend the day. Beautiful during the day and absolutely stunning at night with the laser light show to music. Be sure to go into the dome so see the beautiful gardens there and it is a chance to get out of the hot sun into airconditioned wonder with waterfalls and so many levels of plants and sculptures to see. Loved our time there.

Very Large Crowds for the evening Light Shows ! The first one was better than the Second one. Worth seeing once, but oh so many people, and queues. Good luck getting a Taxi afterwards. better to use Subway trains.

Amazing place to visit. Modern, different, attractive for all kind of tourists. Loved every minute. In one part of the garden are flowers and vegies, and in another part rain forest. We bought tickets online.

The metro is far from the entrances, so you cannot use the metro with kids or elderly - unless the kids have a scooter. I would recommend you need about 2 hours for each of the venues e.g. 2 to 3 hours for cloud forest, another 2 to 3 hours for flower dome. The flower dome and cloud forest could do with more variety of flowers. The staging with different themes is nice. The vegetation is nice but repetitive. The people at the ticket area are not friendly - so don't expect much. Make sure you buy your tickets form their main website. The people receiving you at the various venues are friendly. Do not use your credit card on the open wifi - there are fraudsters. Happened twice to us on both our visits. We traced it back to their open wifi. The larger gardens are very well maintained, neat, beautifully kept. To enjoy these gardens go early - in Singapore it rains almost every afternoon. So you can enjoy the gardens in the morning, and head into shelter as you enjoy the Cloud Forest or Flower dome in the afternoon. The best and most memorable part of Gardens by the Bay is the Light Symphony. This is spectacular and a must see. The shows are at 7.45pm and 8.45pm every evening. But make sure you come with a blanket or mat to sit on the floor. It gets crowded.

The best thing about V hotel Bencoolen is undoubtedly it's location, the MRT station is less then a minute's walk away on the downtown line, which can take you to Marina Bay sands and Gardens by the Bay in ten minutes. And the staff was very kind to upgrade me to a deluxe room by the corner with it's own balcony.

Omg, everything. From the getting out of the taxi, you are looked after. You just enjoy the stay. Room was more than I expected. Flash. Pool on top was incredible, and the restaurant had amazing food. It was close to some fine shops, the Singapore Flyer and the gardens by the bay.
