The atmosphere and design is beautiful. The staff is great, always greeting with smile and helpful. The massage experience at spa was very good. The cocktails at the bar by King are perfect. We dined in the restaurant every evening and everything we've tried was just perfect. The menu is large so various to choose from. Net was greatly serving us.

What can I say about this hotel. More than you will ever expect. The rooftop pool? Able to enjoy day and night? Without many people? Karon magic! The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. i liked staff were very nice and respectful. The floor manager Saria is very nice respectable and accommoding. The room is very clean and spacious with the balcony not to mention the roofpool. i did feel claustrophobic The hotel very near to Bangla rd. 5min walk. 350m from the beach. everything you need is a mins walk away. Very close to everything. i would be back and definitely recommend anyone who is looking for hotel.
