The hotel is beautiful in front of the river.Every staff of the hotel is polite and well behaved.The checking time is 3.00 p.m.But I have arrived 9.00 a.m morning. The reception is so good that they have given me earlier 10 a.m the room to me.I am so happy. Every staff are good and helpful. Housekeeping, restaurant staff are all good.Conceige is totally extraordinary. Conceige is very very good.They are very helpful. One lady name Miss Jay but I couldn't remember her name. She helped me a lot .She is so helpful that she helped me in ATM also.Again I will visit in this hotel. Thank you very much.

Beautifully clean, quiet, close to major tourist attractions. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Receptionists spoke English. Air con worked well. Fresh towelling gowns to chill in after a hot day out. Everything you wanted for breakfast. Delicious fresh fruit. Pool was sparkling clean - although we didn't use it.

Everything! The location, the personnel, the breakfast, gym, room-cleaning. Nothing to do with the hotel - watch out for the tuk tuk in front of the nearest temple, it’s a scam, will take you to a temple tour and will say it’s x holiday to get a tailored suit or a private boat trip.

Second time we stayed here, this time with a deluxe river view room. Good location to explore the area along the river, and then you have a lovely oasis (with pool!) to return to and cool off. Excellent breakfast with good, strong coffee.
