Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our time in Istanbul was flawless, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of them. A special shoutout to Mayar İLKER, whose warm welcome and professional demeanor set the tone for our entire stay. His attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort were remarkable. Zeynep Gundogan was also outstanding—she took the time to personalize our experience, offering helpful recommendations that made our exploration of the city even more special. Parisa Aminluy was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile and a sense of urgency. The entire team, from the bellboys to the reception staff and guest relations officers, treated us like family. Each person we encountered was not just friendly but genuinely passionate about providing excellent service. The Bellboys were prompt and courteous, assisting with our luggage, while the front desk staff made check-in and check-out seamless and efficient. The guest relations team, with their warm personalities, ensured that we had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect stay. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed. The location is also great – very close to Forum shopping center, which was super convenient. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but I’d especially like to highlight the cleaning ladies who were in our room on September 25th. My baby was in the room with my mother-in-law while they were cleaning, and they brought her some balloons, which made her really happy. It was such a small but incredibly kind gesture that truly touched us. These are the little things that make a hotel not just good, but great. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at Akgun Hotel while visiting the nearby Koc University Hospital. Every aspect of the stay exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was really fantastic, with so many yummy options to choose from. The one aspect of the hotel which made our stay fantastic and is the reason why we will book again at the Akgun is the fantastic staff, the hotel management should be proud and should make sure they keep the amazing staff they have. I particularly want to thank the reception staff Orhun, Samet and Cetin who were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. They helped us to book taxi's provided local information and were very kind especially to my daughter. I also want to mention Mert in the bar who was also very friendly and hospitable. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making it feel like we were at home and lived like kings during our stay. We were so happy, we already booked again for our next trip!
