It is the best place to stay if you need to visit the Feofaniya hospital or Ukrainian radiology centre for treatment and/or tests, and need to stay overnight. The administrator was super friendly, offering her car to take me and my 84-year-old mum to the medical centre entrance. It is very close by but not close enough to walk, and calling a taxi for such a short drive could be problematic. She offered this while I was booking, so I was confident getting to the hospital won't be a problem.
