From start to finish - David messaged me literally straight away with any questions I had. David kept in touch with me throughout the stay checking if we needed anything. The room is amazing! With a Washer / Dryer , Fridge, Kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine. The room is very spacious and clean. The beds and Sofa bed were very comfortable. Its right in the heart of Brickell with lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Rooftop pool with a bar too! Really pleased we stayed here.

My wife liked our vacation, and her expectations were high. So yeah, the location, the team, the amenities, the residence - everything was amazing. Fabulous. Loved the space and freedom of YOTELPAD. Excellent downtown location. Train station exactly opposite. So nice that the staff don’t pester you for tips. Would defo stay here again.
