Very nice and clean facility on the UT campus. 20-minute walk to downtown and the Colorado River. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and it had an in room safe for valuables. Breakfast was great with a super buffet or a la Carte options. The location was easy to find and 2 minutes off hwy 35. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little too professional. I mean that they really wouldn't engage in friendly banter. They were pleasant, helpful, polite, and smiling, but I personally had the impression that We were just another guests.

The woman upstairs at the gold lounge was super nice when she greeted us and got us a free dessert. The room was beautiful and had a great view of downtown.

WOW! i have never expected such a good room! the whole building is actually super nice. i loved it! the design of the room is just outstanding, the details are....WOH! bed is super comfortable, room is big, you have everything you need (even netflix on tv :) i could not be more happy! also the staff ( Natasha) was super helpful and really nice person! thanks!
