A charming oasis in the middle of Death Valley. A very well-run establishment that understands guest needs. Thoughtful touches and really friendly staff. Plus the sunrise view was second to none

Everything is out of expectation, the rooms, the facilities, the environment. We had a great time in the hotel. The outlook of it looks like we had been to Morocco. Very attractive and good for photoing. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Death Valley again.

Karen is a really nice person. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. Absolutely peaceful area near Death Valley, I had no trouble finding the place thanks to the GPS coordinates. At night the sky is mind-blowing, plenty of stars.

Don't plan on hiking unless it's early in morning or in winter. Lots to see from your air conditioned car while occasionally getting out. Was more impressed with the scenery than I thought I would be. Pay attention to all the colors of the rocks.
