Excellent location for trips to Dollywood and restaurants on route 441. Condos are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the golf course. Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Everything was as good as expected! Cannot wait to return for a longer stay. The staff was/is great, Only issue was the AC knowledge of one maintenance man. Room was great and the free breakfast was unexpected.. very nice & food was good.

Need not to cram everyone in, allow for handicapped people, and not an adult-only show, for young families only. The ice skating thing was not good at all. I thought it would be a show, not just two skaters. In all too small, like a non-competition rodeo.

Paid so much for tickets… even more for VIP.

Paid so much for tickets… even more for VIP. The whole thing is anxiety inducing. You are seated at a very narrow table squeeeeeezed in between strangers without a way out unless everyone else gets up. (Think airplane seating on steroids). You are then fed a dinner the way they likely feed their animals. The whole thing is nuts. The food was ok… the entertainment- standard…. So yourself a favor and save the money. Go out for 5 nice dinners and relax. It’s impossible to do here. Never recommending or returning.

It's a fun way to eat a good meal and watch a show with trick riders and some story lines. It's a bit confusing after getting past the ticket area as you just stand around like cattle not knowing where you are going. Then the curtains open and it's a mad rush to you your seating row. You're assigned a row, not a seat. You slide all the way down the row until you're crammed right next to the person next to you. The servers really know how to get food and drinks out. You do have a fork, but can just use your hands to eat the small whole chicken, pork, half a potatoe, and half an ear of corn. You're encouraged to make noise and root for your side. Also, the story things are very good. Other than being crammed in, it is a very fun time for all ages.
