Staff were really friendly and helpful. If you need anything you just need to ring down, no waiting around they act immediately.

We received an upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was a very pleasant surprise and a lovely room. The lady at reception who checked us in and who allowed us to check out at 1pm the following was very professional and pleasant.

Room Pool and location were great. Defenetelly recommend You bypass all Brickell traffic yet you are so close you can walk and bike

East is extremely modern and in an unbeatable location. Not only is it in brickell but the fact that you can quite literally take the elevator down to the mall buy something and be back in your room in 5 minutes is ultra convenient.
