The hotel has a cosmopolitan feel to it, which I really loved. I only wish I had known about DJ spinning live on Thursdays as I love dancing! There were delicious breakfast options on offer for every taste. The male concierge went beyond and above his call of duty to make us feel welcomed. He was incredibly kind and helpful with every little request I had, finding locations, telephones, etc. quickly and with good humour. Maria from the reception was very professional and welcoming every time we spoke with her. When my car became stuck in between two huge vehicles and I was unable to get in, she was a tremendous assistance with her solutions. Thank you all!

I liked the valet parking service, great idea especially when you just want to take a load off. Also concierge was very helpful with locating all of my packages. All in all my wife and I had a great stay.

Staff is so nice, location is perfect.. i walked everywhere in downtown Miami from this place. The rooms were so clean ive rarely seen it that clean in Miami. Staying here was like a breath of fresh air. Price was unfortunately to high for me to stay longer.

getting from port to airport is easy if you use the rail...

getting from port to airport is easy if you use the rail system and get the correct train running the correct direction.There is a service at the port which take one to a shuttle which take you to the start of the rail. Ask questions and for $2.25 you get to airport. Takes 2+hours from port to airport

We stayed overnight before a cruise so didn't really do much...

We stayed overnight before a cruise so didn't really do much other than eat dinner and sleep. The port was okay and we appreciated the good organization and service by cruise ship companies who made port to airport transfers easy as well as the processing of cruise passengers during onboarding and offboarding. Would like to see more quality hotels that are budget friendly for those only in Miami for cruises though.

One of the easiest cruise ports to navigate.

One of the easiest cruise ports to navigate. Always easy to unload, find parking, and board the ship. Parking rates are reasonable. Entry and exit is easy. Stay near the port and enjoy Bayside Market before or after your cruise.

I loved that the hotel was very close to the port of Miami for our cruise and that I could make shuttle arrangements in the lobby to get to the port. The vicinity of the hotel to the pharmacy and other shops around the block plus Bayfront Market Place across the road was awesome. I just wished we were staying longer. The restaurant in the lobby was good. The next morning before boarding the cruise was my friend's birthday and the 2 male waiters made her feel so Special at breakfast. It was a great beginning to her day. Thanks.
