A very nice hotel in the financial disctrict. Close to the metro station. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms are tidy and well maintained. Beds were comfy. A very good catch in NY for the price.

The staff were superb, very attentive and helpful. They helped us get around to places we wanted to visit, were friendly and attended to our requests promptly. We requested a hot water kettle as i don’t drink coffee and they provided it. Our room was spacious for two people and our luggage. We loved the deco. All up we would be back again.

Choose your Statue of Liberty harbour cruise carefully.

Choose your Statue of Liberty harbour cruise carefully. We were totally ripped off by a tout who sold us the tickets before leading us around the corner to a huge queue standing around in the freezing cold wind. Instead of the 2:30pm cruise we booked, we got on a boat at 4:30pm after a half-hour shuttle bus drive in the opposite direction. The boat windows were too filthy to see through. Fortunately the experience of seeing Lady Liberty at sunset made up for the rest of it.

We had tickets to climb to the top of the pedalstal and this was fantastic. Would have liked to go all the way to the crown, however it was only when I looked at booking that tickets to the crown needed to be booked about 3 months in advance. So be warned, if you want to climb to the top BOOK 3 MONTHS in advance of your visit to New York.

We took a Clipper city Sail boat around the Statue of Liberty! Shes a lot smaller than I expected her to be! I heard if you take the ferry and actuall get off on the island--my friends and their children went--said it took an entire day to go to the museum and walk inside of her

If you want to book to get to the crown you need to do this...

If you want to book to get to the crown you need to do this several months in advance and make sure you are fit and happy in a confined space as its a very narrow steep set of winding steps the couple behind us turned back. Its worth it when you get there but our legs were aching the next day

Please be careful of scams at the Statue of Liberty Park entrance multiple people are standing for the sailing status of Liberty tickets please don't buy from them they are scammers.they keep aslikng its not allowed you entre in park without tickets and try to afraid you but its all trick they use so people buy tickets from them so please be careful only purchase tickets from inside the park office

If you want to see the Statue of Liberty for free might I suggest taking the Staten Island ferry once you get over to Staten Island yes you'll have to get off but there's an outlet mall there's things to do there too hop your butt back on go back over for free I mean did I say it was free

It is located in the south in the Financial District next to Wall street. Battery Drive where you can take a trip to the Statue of Liberty is very close. Several subway lines are close. Broadway street starts there and you can take a walk to the Time Square or even Central park but it is quite a long walk. Hotel is fine with 3 lifts and 44 flors. Breakfast was tasty, i was just missing some vegetable. In general I can recommend this accomodation

Great location in Downtown near 9/11 memorial, Battery Park (for Statue of Liberty), Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street and Carraghers Bar! Good shopping and some fantastic restaurants. Easy access to the rest of Manhattan via subway links. Hotel was friendly and comfortable (the bed was sooo comfortable). Breakfast options were varied and we appreciated the kitchenette and fridge. Highly recommend this hotel for a New York stay.

The location is very central and convenient, the Empire State building is just a short walk away. The room was not very large, but it had everything you need, including a small sofa. The view from the room was amazing, we could even see the Statue of Liberty from our room. Water pressure was good and the elevators were fast, which was important given that we stayed on the 32nd floor. There was a microwave oven in the room and a good mini fridge, which was nice to have.

Room very essential, but with a fantastic view over downtown Manhattan (we were at 33th floor) and the Statue of liberty. Position excellent, 2 min walking from metro 1 (red) and 10 min from R and W metro, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Staff very helpful and free coffee/the and water refill in the lobby h24.
