The staff were from the beginning to end absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and had spacious rooms. We loved staying there. Only thing is that it is a bit out of the way from central Hanoi but if you need to stay in West Hanoi, this is the best place to be.

Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.

I was very satisfied with my stay at A25 Hoang Dao Thuy. The room was clean, tidy, well-equipped, and cleaned daily. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly, professional, and quick to assist whenever I needed help. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and cafés, and it’s easy to get to the city center. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and business trips. I would definitely come back if I have the chance!
