Great little hotel in a rather quiet street, but with plenty of coffees, restaurants and shops close by. It is a bit far from the old town, which for me was great because the old town is very touristy and busy. The executive room is on the last floor (floor 6, note that the lift stops at floor 5); it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

When we arrived, it was raining, and the receptionist Brian came out with an umbrella to accompany us into the hotel. The hotel was comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended.

Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable. We decided to stay one more night because of the exceptional service. Thanks for us.
