I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The staff are incredible. Thanks to Suzy and Christine. They are the best. I even left my heavy suitcase here to collect on my way back home. For free! I will stay here on my way home and anytime I come to Hanoi again, which I will be doing. Train street is two minutes away walking. I love Hanoi.

Stop looking, this hotel ticks all the boxes! What did we have a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location in Old Quarter is just perfect, with everything you need or want to see within walking distance. We (2 adults and a baby) asked the hotel if a baby crib could be provided. The hotel mentioned our booked room was too small for a baby crib and they would upgrade us to a bigger room so the baby crib would not get in the way. Great service! Our baby loves bananas. The staff was so generous with bananas and cookies, they gave him a couple every time they saw him. They were also really playful with him. He loved every minute of it! It was my wife’s birthday during our stay and I asked the hotel if they could arrange some decorations and such. Wow, was I surprised. The hotel arranged a birthday cake, wine, flowers and decorations. And when I asked afterwards what I needed to repay them, they mentioned it was all free of charge. Never did we receive this level of service. We would definitely book this hotel again when we arrive in Hanoi again. 10/10 would recommend this hotel, based on the location, service, price and rooms in general.

Was there during a beautiful Christmas season makeover. Every step, from the doormen outside the hotel to the staff A-Z inside the hotel was special. The lobby staff were particularly welcoming and gracious.
