I like the sofisticated design of the property. It's an unusual but very good find because you have to go through a very tight alley to get to their lobby. I find that fun & unique about the property. The rooms do not have a window but the design compliments that. The windowless setup does not make it feel stuffy but homey instead. The beds were comfortable & the bathroom was functional without discounting style. The breakfast is served across the street at their sister hotel. I can definitely say that their breakfast served one of the best dishes among all the hotel stays I've been to on my trip. The dishes are quality and they made sure that there is diversity in their options. The restaurant staff were very hands on and hygienic in serving the dinners. The overall selection of food is amazing. Saving the best factor that I liked about the stay the most for last is the staff. Everyone in the hotel has greeted us warmly & sincerely. I'd especially like to thank Mr. Jerry for helping me throughout my trip. He has provided assistance beyond what is expected of a hotel manager. He has assisted me in my transport bookings & has guided me to ensure that my stay in Hanoi will be good. Although Hanoi is the last stop of our trip and this hotel was our last hotel, he has ensured that I am aware that I can reach out to him anytime for help no matter where I am in Vietnam. And lastly upon our check out at dawn, he had prepared a to-go breakfast bag for each one of us as we will miss their breakfast. This was a very kind & considerate gesture that we didn't expect to experience. Again, I am very grateful for his service and am very glad that I have found a new friend during the trip. Thank you Hanoi Emerald Waters Valley & thank you Jerry! ☺️

Certainly a must see place.

Certainly a must see place. It will leave you sad at just how violent their history past and recent has been. A strong and excellently chronicled and display of the Vietnamese war and the effects both political and physically of Americas role in such barbarism, such as the use of agent orange, not forgetting Frances period of rule and also prior the Chinese etc.
