This a very good option for staying in hanoi. I choose this hotel for my first two nights in the city, as I wanted to make sure I will not have a unnecessary stress related to accommodation. That was a very good decision. Hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Room was spacious. Very nice restaurant with breakfast. Food was very good. Personnel speaks good English and was very very professional. My stay there was very comfortable

As the location is extremely amazing in the hart of the old town, the food and the services were on point , the staff were very friendly and very generous I had an amazing experience they did a free upgrade to my room and it was very clean and comfortable moreover I really appreciate Mr. Max whom helped us out during our stay and make sure if we need anything, he provided us free transportation to the airport because I booked 2 trips with him.
