I loved the hotel. My best part was the staff, every single person we met made so much effort to make us feel welcome and we loved it. The deluxe double room was so convenient, clean and beautiful. We basically had every facility in the room that we needed, even more than we needed. Functional gym, good pool and sauna as well. Amazing time we had staying here. The breakfast was also really good.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Passion Classic. The experience was nothing short of perfection—10/10! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Every single team member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond to assist us. Their warm hospitality made our visit even more special. Nice hotel at the heart of the Hanois old quarter. Clean, comfy beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hà. She gave as very helpful tips about best money exchange and some places to eat and visit. 10 min walk to the lake and also to the famous train station. If you have some trips bus stops just in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

Location was in a great area, staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful, and the rooms were very nice and big. Beds so comfortable. Hotel upgraded us to a better room for free and the mini bar was complimentary. The pool and rooftop bar were so nice! When we checked out, hotel let us leave our stuff there until our flight and use the facilities to freshen up before going to airport
