From the time of booking until we checked out the service was exceptional. All staff are friendly and helpful, especially Lilly who is an asset to the hotel, from assisting us when we arrived until we left the hotel, she was always there with a smile on her face. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and hotel is well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Eveyrthing about this property was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooftop pool was beautiful and the location was superb. Also the buffet breakfast had everything you could ever want for breakfast. The best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam, I can not wait to return for a longer stay.
