This hotel was fantastic, but what really sets it apart is the staff. They’re on a whole different level. Every single person we met was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. They didn’t just do the basics, they went out of their way to make everything easier and better for us. The heated pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and a great spot to unwind. The water was just the right temperature. The breakfast was another big plus. There were lots of options. Everything tasted fresh, and the coffee was great.

We are a group of 8 people and stayed in Acoustic Hotel & Spa for 4 nights in Hanoi. All the staff of the hotel are so friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Nam and Ms Kim, who always do their best to meet our needs. The location is good and the breakfast is buffet which even my vegetarian friends love it. The last day we had to check out at 6 am to catch the flight, they even prepared delicious breakfast for us to take away, so sweet and thoughtful. If we visit Hanoi again, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
